*If the withdrawing student-athlete was selected by automatic qualification, the next eligible doubles team from that conference will be considered before substituting from the alternate list. A student-athlete who meets the selection criteria for entered/ eligible doubles teams with two different partners may be selected in the doubles draw with the other partner as an alternate. This only comes into play if the student-athlete not listed on both teams is unable to participate.

PAC 12 rose again this season, after the disaster of the last NCAA lol. Could be a Pac 12 party!

Note that Vandy placed 2 teams, along with UCLA, USC, Cal, and Stanford. Arizonans did well too, so as I said, could be a Pac 12 affair lol.
Too bad Kilgo and Capra, also Kay/Carter didn't make it. How did Kay/Carter NOT make the selection??!! Shocked, lol.

Funny thing, Mad lost to Cal, and Gabby lost to UCLA players lol. Gabby played 4 Bruins already this season!  Mad won all encounters with the Bruins.
The thing is, USC is relying on their Freshmen more than any other teams for the win; probably even more than Florida. For the Freshmen, the pressure could be immense..

One thing is for sure; these trio will play upper positions next season, after this season's experience.. :)

Erin Larner doing well

Maybe I posted about her recently, but since NU is coming to town;

I predicted that she'll play #1 doubles, and possibly, #1 singles as well.

Former is realized, and she's playing #2 singles now, not bad lol.

Her trademark lunging stretch volleys reminds of Ena Shibahara in that sense of urgency. Gabby Smith is good at those too.

And she's not a bad baseline hitter per se, either.
